ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Poster Guidelines

The purpose of the Poster Presentations at the ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Annual Meeting is to promote and encourage medical dosimetry professionals and students to pursue research activities within their clinical settings that can then be showcased as posters.

Currently, this is a non-competitive, peer-reviewed process.

 to submit a Poster for the upcoming ÌÇÐÄÊÓÆµ Annual Meeting.

To submit your poster for review, you will need the following information:

  1. A short bio for the submitting author
  2. Poster Co-Author(s) information (if applicable)
  3. Summative Statement – 25 words or less
    • This is a short description of the poster and will be published on the website if your poster is selected.
  4. Final Digital Poster (8.5" x 11" PDF format)
    Note: You do NOT need to submit an abstract for your poster, just the summative statement.

Guidelines for Printing the Physical Poster:

      This will be displayed at the Annual Meeting for attendees to view.

  • Poster Dimensions should be 4 feet by 4 feet
  • Identification: Title, author(s), credentials, institution
  • Text: Greater than 24pts. Typed
  • Font: Use San-Serif (Arial, Helvetica, or Calibri)
  • Production: Use color and simple graphics
  • Displayed materials should be self-explanatory
  • We encourage presenters to use supporting data such as tables, graphs, illustrations, etc.
  • Layout: Columnar with more graphics than text

You are responsible for the printing, hanging and removal of your poster for the meeting in Orlando.

Note: It is required that at least one poster author registers for the meeting and presents during the two Poster Q&A times.
