Thank you for your interest in presenting a poster at the ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ 51st Annual Meeting.
We are accepting Posters:
The deadline for poster submissions is April 16, 2026.
You will be notified by April 27, 2026, if your poster has been accepted
NEW THIS YEAR: You will not submit an abstract; you will submit your final digital poster (8.5" x 11" PDF format) and a 25-word summary statement.

- If your poster is accepted:
- You need to register for the meeting by May 1, 2026.
- It is required that at least one poster author registers for the meeting and presents during the two Poster Q&A times.
- Poster presenters will have the opportunity to discuss and answer any questions attendees might have regarding their posters during two designated Q&A times:
- Sunday, June 7, from 8:00 - 8:30 pm during the welcome reception
- Tuesday, June 9, during the morning break.
- You are responsible for the printing, hanging and removal of your poster
